Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmacy Program Coordinator in Richland County.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating customer service and responding to pharmacy inquiries
  • Serving as liaison with the pharmacy benefit manager and their account representatives
  • Coordinating and testing benefit changes or new benefit/drugs design scope codes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of job related customer service and/or benefit claims experience
  • Good judgment skills
  • Effective customer service and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
