Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmacy Program Coordinator in Richland County.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating customer service and responding to pharmacy inquiries
- Serving as liaison with the pharmacy benefit manager and their account representatives
- Coordinating and testing benefit changes or new benefit/drugs design scope codes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of job related customer service and/or benefit claims experience
- Good judgment skills
- Effective customer service and organizational skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
