A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Pharmacy Provider Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consulting with and coordinating initial set up and on-going treatment plan
- Reviewing and advising on medications and treatment plans
- Discussing with patient’s life issues affecting medication adherence
Position Requirements Include:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2 years of pharmacy experience
- Ability to advise patients on alternate Rx fill strategies
