A company providing healthcare, life and accident insurance, and Medicaid and Medicare services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmacy Provider Services Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understand, design, and deliver the product strategy and solutions
- Work with key matrix partners to drive next generation pharmacy benefit solutions
- Develop and deliver the clinical solution roadmap
Required Skills:
- 12-14 years’ industry experience solving business problems with Bachelor’s degree
- Product development and management experience (end to end)
- Proven track record of driving profitable earnings growth and innovation
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex matrix organizations and agile teams
- Proven track record for success in leading high-performing teams in a matrixed environment
- Direct working experience in the healthcare environment
