Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Pharmacy Solutions Workforce Management Professional 1.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing multiple daily/intra-day priorities
  • Generating and evaluating staffing schedules of associate's daily activities
  • Processing schedule change tickets from leaders in a timely manner

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to travel onsite for 1 to 2 weeks for training and occasionally during the year
  • 1+ year of Workforce Management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills
