Remote Pharmacy Technician I

Job Summary

A managed care organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmacy Technician I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point-of-service inquiries
• Assist members with pharmacy benefit inquires
• Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum three (3) years of current/recent PBM and/or current/recent pharmacy experience required
• Active/current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (NHA or PTCB) or ability to obtain
