Remote Pharmacy Technician I

Job Summary

A managed care organization is filling a position for a Remote Pharmacy Technician I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Educate Prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes
• Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point-of-service inquiries
• Assist Members with pharmacy benefit inquires

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum three years of current/recent PBM and/or current/recent pharmacy experience required
• Active/current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (NHA or PTCB) or ability to obtain one within the first six (6) months
