Job Summary
A telehealth pharmacy needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmacy Technician II in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and submitting third-party insurance claims
- Troubleshooting complex cases
- Delivering extraordinary customer service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- An active pharmacy technician (PTCB) license in good standing with the State of Texas, free of any disciplinary actions
- 2+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy
- Exceptional knowledge of commercial and government insurance and how to troubleshoot claims
- Ability to interpret, transcribe, and troubleshoot prescription information
- Ability to learn and operate a new pharmacy management system and other relevant equipment
- Ability to perform common math calculations
