Job Summary
A healthcare technology provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmacy Technician in Des Moines.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Contacting the patient's prescriber(s) to authorize therapeutic interchanges
- Making outbound cold calls offering medication management services to patients
- Providing counseling via a structured interview format
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week
- A reliable high-speed internet connection
- A landline or other dedicated phone
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service setting
