Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmacy Technician in Memphis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making out bound calls to patients regarding the use of their medication
- Helping improve the health of members by problem solving issues with their medications
- Partnering with pharmacist and RN to determine the best process to handle each situation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have a healthcare cert: CPHT, LPN, RN, LVN, or MA
- Knowledge of medications
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Positive attitude and professional phone demeanor
- Basic troubleshooting
- HS Diploma or GED
