Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Pharmacy Technician in New Orleans.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients
• Encourage medication adherence
• Collaborate to set up delivery services

Qualifications for this position include:

• Nationally certified pharmacy technician- PTCB or NHA
• 1.5 years of pharm tech experience
• Customer service or call center experience
• Ability to make about 13 calls per hour
• Ability to ascertain why patients did not refill their medications
• Internet connection
