Job Summary
A non-profit organization dedicated to Christian ministry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Philanthropy Phone Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with existing partners
- Cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding partners
- Responding to all inquiries of partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven track record of cultivating relationships via telephone, using questioning techniques and other methods of communication
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with donors and company staff
- Strong working knowledge of fundraising principles and practices
- Strong project and time management skills with ability to multi-task assignments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor database software
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
