Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Phone and Email Support Specialist in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the resolution process for all client related issues
- Building client relationships as part of the accounting process
- Assisting in resolving client inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel to the corporate headquarters a couple times per year
- 2+ years of phone support experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Bill.com
- Willingness to learn additional accounting platforms
- Experience with startups, small businesses, and/or non-profits
