Job Summary

Completing audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies, the full-time Remote Phone Auditor will work directly with policyholders via phone to obtain payroll and accounting records while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all audit tasks.

Key responsibilities
  • Complete audits for Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance policies
  • Obtain payroll and accounting records from policyholders or their contacts via phone
  • Manage assignments through a web-based production system while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in conducting audits within the Nexus platform (preferred)
  • Experience in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll, or related fields
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping
  • Experience working directly with the public, preferably over the phone
  • High School diploma or GED is required
