Job Summary
Completing audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies, the full-time Remote Phone Auditor will work directly with policyholders via phone to obtain payroll and accounting records while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all audit tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Complete audits for Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance policies
- Obtain payroll and accounting records from policyholders or their contacts via phone
- Manage assignments through a web-based production system while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in conducting audits within the Nexus platform (preferred)
- Experience in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll, or related fields
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping
- Experience working directly with the public, preferably over the phone
- High School diploma or GED is required
