Remote Phone Auditor

Job Summary

Completing audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies, the full-time Remote Phone Auditor will work directly with policyholders to obtain payroll and accounting records while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all audit work.

Key responsibilities

• Complete audits for Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance policies
• Work directly with policyholders or their contacts via phone to gather necessary records
• Manage assignments through a web-based production system while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping
• Experience in conducting audits, preferably using the Nexus platform
• Background in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, or Payroll
• Experience working directly with the public, ideally over the phone
• High School diploma or GED required
