A company that delivers near real-time phone captioning is filling a position for a Remote Phone Captioning Inside Sales Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and assignment of installation work orders.
• Interact with contracted install technicians as well as our Business Development Managers
• Manage caseload associated with contractor work orders
