Job Summary

A media production company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Phone Customer Service Representative .

Must be able to:

• Receive inbound calls
• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers in the magazine and products industry
• Respond to product and service inquiries, processing payments, updating accounts and up-selling customers from around the globe

Required Skills:

• Proficient ability to read, write and speak the English/Spanish language
• Minimum typing requirements of 20 wpm
• Effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved
• Attitude to thrive in a fast paced, challenging, team-oriented culture
• Customer Service background or experience working with people
