Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Phone Sales Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Train customer administration of company phone platform
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce customer technical issues to resolution and/or escalate
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot all company phone issues and assist customers in maintaining a stable, integrated, true UC platform

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7+ years experience in a customer-focused sales/engineering role
  • Experienced in VOIP technology including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs
  • Strong technical and interpersonal troubleshooting skills, perseverance and patience
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and terminology
  • Experience supporting telecommunications, networking or Software-as-a-Service products
  • Ability to communicate and empathize with all levels of customers - executives, end users, developers
