Job Summary

To support automotive enthusiasts in their purchasing journey, the full-time Remote Phone Sales Representative will handle customer communications, manage sales leads, and provide product recommendations while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer communication via calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders and inquiries
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and close sales, while suggesting modifications to enhance customer vehicles
• Efficiently processes orders and returns, meeting performance expectations for customer service quality and revenue targets

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Excellent sales ability with some product knowledge or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
