Job Summary

To support automotive enthusiasts in their purchasing journey, the full-time Remote Phone Sales Representative will engage with customers through calls, texts, and online chats, guiding them in selecting aftermarket auto parts while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer communications regarding orders, inquiries, and returns through various channels
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and close sales, while also processing inbound inquiries
• Utilizes product knowledge to suggest modifications and enhance customer vehicles, fostering repeat business

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
• Successful completion of the Turn5 sales new hire training program upon hire
