Remote Phone Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Phone Sales Representative will assist customers in purchasing aftermarket auto parts by handling communications via calls, texts, and online chats, while also following up on sales leads and meeting performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer inquiries regarding automotive accessory orders, product information, and returns through various communication channels
• Makes outbound calls and texts to follow up on sales leads and close sales, while suggesting complementary modifications to enhance vehicles
• Meets performance expectations related to customer service quality, sales goals, and revenue targets as directed by the leadership team

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with a reliable PC and sufficient internet speed
• Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
• Successful completion of the Turn5 sales new hire training program upon hire
