Remote Phone Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time hourly Remote Phone Sales Representative, the candidate will assist customers in purchasing automotive accessories, manage customer communications, and utilize sales techniques to enhance vehicle modifications.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders and product information
• Make outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and close sales while suggesting related modifications to customers' vehicles
• Meet performance metrics related to customer service quality and revenue targets while participating in ongoing education to improve product knowledge

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain attendance as defined by company policy
• Must reside in specified states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
