Remote Phone Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support automotive enthusiasts in their purchasing journey, the full-time Remote Phone Sales Representative will engage with customers through calls, texts, and online chats to assist with automotive accessory orders and inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer communication regarding orders, product inquiries, and returns through various channels
• Makes outbound calls and texts to follow up on sales leads and close sales
• Utilizes product knowledge to suggest modifications and builds rapport with customers for repeat business

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Excellent sales ability with some product knowledge or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
