Remote Phone Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Phone Sales Representative will assist customers in purchasing aftermarket auto parts by handling communications through calls, texts, and online chats, while also following up on sales leads and achieving performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer inquiries regarding orders, product questions, and returns through various communication channels
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and closes sales while suggesting corresponding modifications for vehicles
• Meets sales goals and performance metrics while maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering customer relationships

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have a reliable PC and sufficient internet speed for the role
• Successful completion of the Turn5 sales new hire training program upon hire
