Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Remote Phone Sales Representative will assist customers in purchasing aftermarket auto parts, manage customer communications through various channels, and utilize product knowledge to enhance sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer inquiries via calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding orders and product information
• Makes outbound calls and follows up on sales leads to close sales and build customer relationships
• Processes orders and returns efficiently while meeting performance metrics and sales goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Excellent sales ability with a willingness to learn about products
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including NV, PA, OH, MD, and others as listed
