Remote Phone Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support automotive enthusiasts, the full-time Remote Phone Sales Representative will handle customer communications, assist with purchasing aftermarket auto parts, and drive sales through various channels while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions via calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding orders and product inquiries
• Make outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and close sales while suggesting related modifications for vehicles
• Achieve bi-weekly sales goals and performance metrics through effective customer engagement and order processing

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
• Successful completion of the Turn5 sales new hire training program upon hire
