Job Summary

To support automotive enthusiasts in their purchasing journey, the full-time Remote Phone Sales Representative will manage customer communications, handle sales leads, and provide product knowledge while working remotely and earning competitive pay with performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities:

• Handles customer inquiries through various communication channels regarding automotive accessory orders and product information
• Makes outbound calls and follows up on sales leads to close sales and build customer rapport
• Processes orders and returns efficiently while meeting performance metrics and sales goals

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Excellent sales ability with some product knowledge or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
