Remote Phone Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Phone Sales Representative will assist customers in purchasing automotive accessories, handle customer communications, and follow up on sales leads while earning competitive pay and bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer communication via calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders and inquiries
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and close sales while suggesting modifications to enhance customer vehicles
• Efficiently enters and processes orders, returns, and inquiries, meeting performance expectations for customer service quality and revenue targets

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Excellent sales ability and some product knowledge or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specified states, including TX, PA, OH, and others listed in the job description
