Job Summary
A multinational family of telecommunications companies is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Phone Service Customer Service Representative .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working on specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend or holiday hours
- Providing great customer service to customers
- Offering customized solutions and identifying sales opportunities
