Job Summary

A company is looking for Remote Work - Photo and Refinement Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review photos of personal items and compare them to lists provided by claims adjusters
• Update item lists when discrepancies are found, and communicate with adjusters for clarification
• Ask clarifying questions regarding personal items to ensure accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service experience, preferably 2+ years
• Desktop computer with Windows 10 or newer (laptops not accepted)
• Dual monitors (or ability to obtain by start date)
• Reliable internet connection
• Webcam and video chat capability
