Job Summary

An innovator of online managed content distribution and printing has an open position for a Remote Photo Printing Global Support Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead a global support organization
  • Recruit and develop a world-class team of support desk professionals
  • Directly handle the more difficult customer issues end to end

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years managing 20+ person and 5+ people managers in B2C global customer service
  • Understanding the macOS operating system
  • Online support Subject Matter Expert
  • Working knowledge of WordPress/Magento
  • Working knowledge of Intercom or similar tool
