Remote PHP WordPress Developer

Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote PHP WordPress Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building modern and advanced WordPress products with state-of-the-art code quality
• Assisting in the enhancement, and maintenance of existing products in a fast-paced environment
• Testing solutions across multiple browsers and platforms in a local testing environment

Required Skills:

• Solid knowledge of the core PHP and/or Javascript, including experience in building custom solutions
• Complete knowledge of WordPress (e.g., custom post types, WordPress Hooks, and existing WordPress functions)
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Good at debugging and must have problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
