A health services provider is in need of a Remote Physical Therapy Recruiter in Denver.

Must be able to:

• Create and review job requisitions, define and validate key position requirements
• Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
• Assess candidates to determine whether their capabilities match job requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years physical therapy recruiting experience
• Well organized, detail oriented and has the capacity to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment
• All other requirements necessary for this position
