- Bachelor's degree in related field or 9 years of experience
- Epic Certification for Resolute Physician Billing
- 3 years of experience working with clinical application development
- Experience with clinical system upgrades and implementations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Knowledge of state-of-the art technology
