Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Physician Case Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Obtain a comprehensive health history by leading members through a systematic and dynamic intake assessment
• Direct patients to the most appropriate service line based on their medical condition
• Work in partnership with the clinical team in support of case development

Required Skills:

• Board certified in specialty/subspecialty
• Active state medical license
• Active Federal DEA certificate/number
• No open malpractice claims
• No open licensing board complaints or a probated or restricted license
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
