Job Summary

A physician-led healthcare staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Physician Led Healthcare Medical Record Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying and reporting OnBase chart flow issues
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting out on departmental data
• Maintaining adherence to confidentiality standards established in accordance with legal, ethical and hospital standards

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Intermediate knowledge of account reconciliation to a ledger (log) and associated processes
• Understanding of revenue cycle/chart flow and associated processes
• Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under tight, competing deadlines
