- 5 -7 years of related experience with 3+ years of physician recruitment experience
- Healthcare experience required
- Requires considerable skill in sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Strategic thinking, breakthrough thinking and creative problem solving skills
- Patience and ability to excel under pressure
- Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Outlook
