Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Physician Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing staffing plans by partnering with regional business leaders and HR business partners
- Driving the recruiting process to accurately measure time to fill, quality and candidate experience
- Building collaborative partnerships with Regional Vice Presidents, Clinical Leaders, Chiefs and Practice Managers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 + years’ experience within a clinical recruitment setting (physician/nursing)
- Experience working with geographically dispersed hiring managers
- Strong ability to diagnose and analyze challenges while driving appropriate solutions
- Strong ATS technical skills (iCIMS or Workday preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated credibility with business leaders and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
