Job Summary
A univeristy is in need of a Remote Physicians Billing Service Insurance Billing Collection Assistant II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establishe appropriate budget plans for patients upon request
- Review Explanation of Benefits for rejections, partial payments and patient responsibility amounts
- Perform services by working with patients and appropriate entities in assisting with post service financial assistance applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to perform other duties and urgent requests as assigned
- Able to supports Financial Counselors and Patient Services Unit in answering billing and collection questions, as needed
