Job Summary
A publishing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Physics Editor.
Must be able to:
- Edit scholarly manuscripts originally written by non-native English speakers
- Edit within areas of academic expertise
- Help researchers/authors so that language is not a barrier to research communication
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must either be enrolled in a graduate program or possess a graduate degree
- Must have native English proficiency
- Must have a documented current or former affiliation with one of the US schools or institutions from which we recruit Physics editors
- Must have had exposure to physics literature
- Must have editing experience and/or strong technical writing skills
