Job Summary
A provider of pharmaceutical services has an open position for a Remote PIDD Consumer Advocate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conferring with patients and appropriate team members to establish expectations and accomplish goals
- Providing telephonic, electronic, and/or face-to-face PIDD consumer/patient educational services
- Participating as necessary in care conferences and meetings
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel for initial training and then once yearly for team meetings, as well as, face to face patient meetings
- One plus years of prior customer service experience required
- Knowledge of PIDD/Alpha 1 diagnosis required
