Job Summary

A diversified technology company has an open position for a Remote Pinnacle Clinical Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve system customer support issues via phone/email and remote access
  • Develop and deliver timely service communication of identified issues and solutions to customer
  • Work with sales and service teams

Qualifications Include:

  • University graduate degree level or equivalent
  • Expert PC skills
  • Problem-solving, critical-thinking and priority-setting skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Fluent English required. Other language skills desirable
  • Must be a strong team-player who enjoys collaborating and sharing information with others
