A customer data technology company is in need of a Remote Pipeline and Field Sales Operations Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a team which provides comprehensive pipeline generating operational support
  • Solving SDR/OBR process pain points on an ongoing basis
  • Developing robust, comprehensive pipeline analytics

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a sales operations role
  • OR experience in similar growth or operations roles
  • Passion for building high performing teams
  • Strong experience with Salesforce
  • Strong experience with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment
