Key Responsibilities

• Own loans once they enter the underwriting queue
• Clear underwriting conditions for various loan products
• Make frequent outbound calls to borrowers and processors to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage experience
• Proven experience clearing underwriting conditions
• Experience with RTL, bridge, fix-and-flip, or short-term loan products
• Strong understanding of loan structure and execution
• Highly proactive, organized, and persistent
