Remote Pipeline Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Pipeline Manager/Conditions Clearing Specialist with RTL experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own loans once they enter the underwriting queue
• Clear underwriting conditions for RTL, bridge, fix & flip, and short-term loans
• Make frequent outbound calls to borrowers, processors, and secondary partners to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage experience
• Proven experience clearing underwriting conditions
• Experience with RTL, bridge, fix-and-flip, or short-term loan products
• Strong understanding of loan structure and execution
• Experience with LendingWise preferred
