Job Summary

A global biopharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote PK PD Pharmacometrics Modeling and Simulation Associate Director in Boston.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and execute population PK, PKPD, exposure response, dose selections
  • Develop the quantitative system pharmacology strategies/plans
  • Lead in one or more cross functional development teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years pharmaceutical or postdoctoral experience in clinical pharmacology, PKPD, and QSP
  • Excellent hands-on knowledge in R and/or SAS, NONMEM
  • Excellent knowledge in Mathlab, Mathmatica, or other QSP related softwares
  • Well versed at plotting complex data to identify trends for drug development
  • PhD, degree or equivalent in quantitative sciences, engineering, or clinical pharmacology
  • Track record of publishing M&S work
