Job Summary
A health and wellness company has an open position for a Remote Places Manager in Santa Monica.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leveraging data, market insights and thought leadership to inform a thoughtful and efficient virtual-first experience
- Acting as the Project Lead for return to office strategy and programs, including all comms and stakeholder management
- Partnering with consultants to assess FF+E needs and manage procurement installation to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to create something out of nothing in an ambiguous environment
- 5 + years of experience in Facilities Operations/Corporate Real Estate
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Passionate about innovation and building the workplace of the future
- Strong end to end project management skills with a natural inclination towards details and time management
- Track record of successful stakeholder management with senior leadership
