Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote PLADS Quality Assurance Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitoring the quality indicators with strategic vision with actions to reduce detractors
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the processes and flows in service channels
• Making periodic report of quality volumes

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma
• 3 or more years of experience in the Quality Assurance area
• Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact and collaborate with various internal partners including leadership
• Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to internal partners
