Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Plan Compliance Specialist in Fort Wayne.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing signature ready IRS Form 5500 and supporting schedules
- Reviewing accuracy and quality of other Compliance Specialists' work
- Managing the annual compliance process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to present illustrations over the phone or at client's location if requested
- 4 Year/Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3+ years’ experience with retirement plans
- Ability to apply concepts such as probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, etc
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
