Job Summary
A retail company is filling a position for a Remote Planner and Buyer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Generating, reviewing and analyzing and managing system demand plan
- Executing strategic procurement plan
- Creating and executing purchases and performing purchase order maintenance using ERP system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Understanding of the use of technology tools that enable demand and supply planning
- Functional knowledge of planning, forecasting, purchasing execution and supplier relationship management
- Strong mathematical / statistical abilities
