Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to answer returned calls and promptly respond to all voicemail messages within 24 hours
- Ability to manage email responses effectively, with keen attention to follow-up and follow-through
- Ability to send confirmation emails to every prospect scheduled with an Advisor
- Ability to log call details into Salesforce
- Ability to provide detailed notes from the qualifying call for the Advisor to facilitate the consultation
